BEYOND™ HEARING AID APP COMPATIBILITY

The BEYOND™ solution works with iPhones, iPads and iPod. You may also be using an optional Apple Watch but you don’t have to.

App for BEYOND™ hearing aid works with following Apple devices:

iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, 6, 6+, 5S, 5C, 5 and newer
iPad Air 2, Air, iPad (4th generation), mini 3, mini 2, mini with Retina display and newer
iPod touch 6th generation
Apple Watch

App for BEYOND™ hearing aid works with following Android devices:

Samsung Galaxy® S7, Samsung Galaxy® S7 Edge, Samsung Galaxy® S6, Samsung Galaxy® S6 Edge, Samsung Galaxy® Note 4, Samsung Galaxy® Note 5

The BEYOND™ solution is designed and tested with these devices in mind – to ensure you get the best out of your BEYOND™ solution.

If you choose to use older devices e.g. iPhone 4s, performance is not guaranteed.

The BEYOND™ solution is designed and tested with Apple operating system iOS 9.0 and watchOS 2 on Apple Watch.

The BEYOND™ solution is optimized for Android devices running Android OS version 6.0 or later.

DID YOU KNOW?

Your BEYOND™ hearing aids connect with your iPhone through a low power version of 2.4 GHz Bluetooth to ensure long battery life.

BEYOND™ HEARING AID UPDATES

Every time you turn your BEYOND™ hearing aids on, the BEYOND™ app checks if the latest and greatest software is in the BEYOND™ hearing aids.

The BEYOND™ app automatically and wirelessly updates the software in the hearing aids.

It takes about one minute per hearing aids. You don't have to do anything but tap OK on your iPhone.

BEYOND™ APP UPDATES

Your app for hearing aids is automatically informed when a new version of the app is released in the app store. Just make sure WiFi or mobile data is switched on in your iPhone.

To allow the app to be automatically updated, switch to Automatic upgrade of apps in Settings/iTunes & App Store.

If you have an Apple Watch connected to your iPhone, the BEYOND™ app on the Apple Watch is also automatically updated wirelessly.
